The Kinetic Commerce software platform and this website are operated by Kinetic Commerce Inc. (“Kinetic”), a corporation formed and governed under the laws of Ontario. When individuals visit our websites, Kinetic may collect certain information about them and their use of the site. This Privacy Policy has been created to describe what information is collected when an individual uses the site, as well as the reason and purpose for its collection. By using the Kinetic Commerce website, you consent to the data practices set out in the Privacy Policy, including Kinetic’s use of cookies and similar technologies. A. Collection and Use

Kinetic may collect personally identifiable information only when it is voluntarily provided. For example, if you register to receive a white paper made available by Kinetic, Kinetic will use your email address to confirm registration. Kinetic may also use your personal information to send you information we think may be of interest to you concerning Kinetic’s services. Any electronic communication will include an automated method to unsubscribe from future messages. We also collect certain non-personally identifiable information automatically. Kinetic will use reasonable commercial efforts to protect personally identifiable information in our control (both during transmission and upon receipt) from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Transmission of any information over the Internet is subject to risk. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of personally identifiable information.
